Founded in 2015 by Jeff Giles and coming from over 10 years in residential appraising, real estate sales and property managing, Waterside Real Estate Group provides professional and unbiased property appraisals, real estate services and consulting held to the highest standard of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and the Real Estate Council of Ontario.
Waterside Group was formed when it branched out from our sister company, Homefacts Real Estate Services who we still work with closely today and expanded on the thought that our real estate and appraisal teams work together in collaboration rather than in competition as many brokerage teams do. This allows us to achieve the best results possible for our clients and builds a feeling of community and trust between our team.
In 2023, with the company converted to both a real estate brokerage and appraisal firm, we continue to work in collaboration because it’s a formula that works very well for us and the benefit is pushed forward to our clients.
At the same time, we are adding service areas and continuing to add experienced members to our team. With so many changes over the last few years, one thing that will always remain the same is our company’s mission.
